Louis K. Castle Hills

Ashley, the Mobile Hearing Specialist, is very knowledgeable, gentle, patient and an easy to understand educator.
She is always a few minutes early and comes well equipped with technology, and a variety of hearing aides.
She will clean, replace disposable parts and make sure the fitting is correct and makes computer adjustments so your hearing aides work optimally.
Ashley is a consummate professional with a pleasant outgoing nature. She is sincere when expressing her willingness to help, and has taken my “emergency” calls and resolved issues over the phone.

I give her 5 stars, and highly recommended her!
